It is an honour to serve as Chairperson of the National Youth Council and to welcome you to the official platform of Uganda's statutory institution for youth representation, participation and development.

Uganda's youth are our country's greatest asset. While significant investments continue to be made in youth development, our collective responsibility is to ensure that these investments translate into real opportunities, meaningful participation and improved livelihoods for every young Ugandan. During my tenure, the National Youth Council is committed to strengthening Uganda's youth development ecosystem, championing youth-responsive laws, policies and programmes, and implementing targeted initiatives that complement national efforts to improve youth skills, enterprise and employability.

This website serves as a platform for sharing information about the National Youth Council, our strategic priorities, initiatives and engagements. We invite you to stay connected with our work as we continue to champion the interests and aspirations of Uganda's young people.
